01 - General Terms•Prices are subject to change based on demand.•I have the right to reject any order for any reason.•Make sure you upload references of the character(s) and if needed, references of composition, background, vibe, etc. to make the process faster.02 - Payment•Payment 100% upfront.•No refunds, unless I'm unable to start or finish the commissionFor commercial use, an additional 100% fee is added on top of the base price.03 - Process & Delivery•The commission will take 1 - 3 weeks to complete depending on the queue and the complexity of the request.•Please note that a lack of communication will result in your position on the waiting list being pushed back.•Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution png of the artwork.04 - Revisions•You get 4 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece.•Major revisions, such as pose or composition changes, can be requested during the sketch phase.•No major changes will be made after the rendering process starts.05 - Copyright & Usage•I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork.•I may showcase the artwork on my portfolio or social media.•You can share the commission on any platform if it's properly credited.•You may not profit from personal commissions. This includes but is not limited to reselling, making prints, using it to promote your brand, etc.•You may not use my art for NFTs or AI training
